Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals, slippers, or any footwear that shows signs of wear. This includes our popular Outdoor Sandals, Trekk boots, and all Men’s, Women’s and Kid’s shoes.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Use the template below for your request.
  2. Pack your return securely in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days).

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

  1. Follow the return process above to send back your original item.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want on our website.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund for the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
  • We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
