You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days).
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color:
- Follow the return process above to send back your original item.
- Place a new order for the item you want on our website.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund for the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
