We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international orders outside the UK:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Teva purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return Policy

You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All sandals (including Outdoor Sandals)
  • Slippers
  • Any footwear showing signs of wear
  • Trekk boots
  • Men’s, Women’s and Kid’s shoes that have been worn

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Use the template below for your request.
  2. Pack your return securely in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  3. Ship your return to our warehouse at:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days)

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

  1. Follow the return process above to send back your original item
  2. Place a new order for the item you want on our website
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund for the original item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
